Rental Savings (XABI RENT) : This product aims to help Nigerians relieve mental stress related to rent and save them from landlord embarrassment. Shelter and food are the two most pressing concerns for Nigerians. This platform allows clients to effortlessly save a portion of their monthly rent while still having a significant part of their salary available for other expenses
Rental Loans (RENT PADI) This product assists Nigerians in securing their homes and obtaining more comfortable apartments based on the challenges they face. Rent Padi is a rental loan platform exclusively available for salary earners who reside in Lagos.
Joint Ventures (ECO INVEST) : This involves the collective purchase or construction of structure(s). The total cost of each building is divided into units for clients to purchase. Ribiax Estate serves as the facility manager, while the clients act as co-investors. Eco Invest allows investors to sell and buy units from other members in exchange for a fixed service charge paid to the management
